1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Ruthie’s Retreat website at ruthiesretreat.com or by booking a session, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.
2. Services
Ruthie’s Retreat LLC offers Reiki energy healing sessions, including in-person sessions at our Hailey, Idaho location and distance Reiki sessions conducted online. Session availability, pricing, and formats are subject to change without notice.
3. Bookings and Cancellations
- Sessions must be scheduled in advance through our website contact form, by phone, or by email.
- We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee at the practitioner’s discretion.
- Ruthie’s Retreat reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a session if necessary and will provide as much notice as possible.
4. Not Medical Treatment
Reiki is a complementary wellness practice and is not a substitute for licensed medical care, diagnosis, treatment, or therapy. Nothing on this website or communicated during a session should be interpreted as medical advice. If you have a health condition, please consult a qualified medical professional.
5. Client Responsibility
- Clients are responsible for disclosing any relevant health information before their session.
- Clients must complete the required Reiki disclaimer form before their first session.
- Clients must be 18 years of age or older to book a session independently. Minors must have a parent or guardian present.
6. Payments
Payment is due at the time of the session unless other arrangements are agreed upon in advance. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Ruthie’s Retreat website, including text, layout, and images, is the property of Ruthie’s Retreat LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Ruthie’s Retreat LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Your use of our services is at your own discretion and risk.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Blaine County, Idaho.
